ODE is supported by two equal shareholders, DORIS Engineering and Saipem. ODE has access to their knowledge and resources but also remains an independent and autonomous engineering contractor.

Burntisland Fabrications (BiFab)
ODE and BiFab have developed a highly successful collaboration providing EPC services to the offshore energy sector.  The partnership has worked on a number of projects, including recent Offshore Transformer Platform jackets for the Greater Gabbard, Ormonde and Gwynt Y Mor offshore wind farms.
