We currently have an opportunity for a Project Controls Engineer based in our London Office.

The Role:

Project controls services for various projects, both in the oil & gas and renewables sector.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, monitor & update project plans in either MS Project or Primavera to cover the life of the projects – including internal design activities, third party contractor activities, client key dates, construction plans & issue project plans to client for review
  • Track & report internal progress against plan
  • Update and develop plans as required by the project
  • Prepare client monthly report
  • Prepare CTRs & track spending
  • Prepare supporting documents for invoices
  • Attend project meetings & prepare MOM as necessary
  • Prepare & coordinate purchase orders for third parties & track spend
  • Review & update risk register
  • Prepare internal cost reports
  • Support commercial activities, including checking & issuing of VO/payment paperwork
  • Issue MOM & other project correspondence
  • Support project management as required e.g. preparation for workshops
  • Review & update resource plans
  • Prepare / support preparation of project cost estimates

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in P6 with circa 2 years experience.
