We currently have an opportunity for a Project Administrator based in our London Office.

The Role:

The candidate will be required to provide support across a range of administrative functions to the Projects / Engineering team

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Raise project invoices
  • Format documentation, ranging from CVs through to reports

Competencies & Soft Skills:

  • Advanced skills with MS Word and Excel
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • High regard for detail

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in coordinating large projects either in the oil/gas or renewable industry
