We currently have an opportunity for a Secondment Administrator based in our London Office on a staff basis.

The Role:

The candidate will be required to provide administrative support across all personnel secondment projects.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Produce Monthly Reports for client approval
  • Create and maintain internal tracking information for management including secondment duration, expenses, invoice status etc.
  • Review and manage secondees expenses claims to ensure they are entered correctly and submitted promptly
  • Ensure appropriate PPE and training is provided as required
