We currently have an opportunity for a Secondment Services Manager to based in our London Office.

The Role:

  • Management of all secondment services projects

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Management of all secondment services projects
  • Ensuring all forms are submitted promptly and correctly to the client to ensure swift payment
  • Track payment status of all projects
  • Reporting back to Senior Management any issues on the project
  • Preparing internal and external regular reports, including profit and turnover forecasts
  • Performing screening interviews for potential candidates.
  • Management of any issues with placed personnel
  • Provide contact point for all secondees, and ensure they feel part of the ODE group
  • Provide input into proposals for new secondment opportunities
  • Direct management of Secondment Administrator

  • Ensuring all secondees have the correct training and equipment required to perform their role as per the job descriptions
  • The listing of main responsibilities and main duties is not necessarily exhaustive and may be changed at management discretion to reflect the needs of the company


  • Engineering Degree preferred
