International operations focus in certain geographical areas reflecting the activities of our key clients and those regions where Saipem in particular has permanent office facilities. These facilities have in many cases been implanted many years ago and demonstrate a firm commitment to working with the local communities and investing in personnel skills and technology.

The company works through a matrix based executive structure which is headquartered in Kingston-Upon-Thames, London. Shareholding Companies provide support through 6 non-executive directors who each in turn provide direct access at a senior level to all corporate divisions and associated companies.
