Mr Andy Baker

SHEQ Manager

Andy is the SHEQ manager for ode with general responsibilities for maintaining the SHEQ management systems on behalf of the managing director. This role has responsibilities across all of the company's business streams and regions. Andy joined ode in 2001 and had a variety of roles in quality before taking over the new combined role of SHEQ in 2008. In addition to general company responsibilities, Andy has held project SHEQ roles within oil and gas and offshore wind projects. Andy is a Chartered Quality Professional, member of the CQI and is currently completing his global energy MBA with Warwick Business School.
