ODE is responsible for the Front-end engineering design (FEED) and detail engineering design of the offshore transformer platform for Vattenfall's Ormonde Project. Currently in the implementation phase, ODE is also responsible for overall Project Management on behalf of Vattenfall, covering all major implementation packages for the design, construction and installation of the development.

The Ormonde wind farm will be a world first in providing the generation of low carbon emission electricity by utilising hydrocarbon (gas) reserves offshore in parallel with offshore wind power. Ormonde comprises 30 x 5MW WTG's and a relocatable gas turbine power generation platform.
