Job Description

As the focal point for all Offshore Asset ICT coordination, you'll liaise with third parties and ODE AM ICT teams, supervising support from third parties, and installing and maintaining the network systems offshore on various platforms.

The Role:

You will be the focal point for all ODEAM offshore assets control systems communication and networks infrastructure. Supervising support from third parties as well as installing and maintaining the network systems offshore on various platforms. You will be part of an expanding ODE AM assets support team and contributing to its success.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Manage offshore network infrastructure maintenance and testing using the maintenance system.
  • Coordinate specialist 3rd party maintenance visit offshore.
  • Attend all MOCs meeting relating to offshore network infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with company cybersecurity, OG/86 and IEC62443.
  • Custodian of the assets Network infrastructure hardware and software inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with assets hardware standards.
  • Have a good/working knowledge of Windows Servers, Linux, Microsoft SQL, VMware ESXi, VMware vCenter, Network Storage technologies, Veeam backup and replication software.
  • Keeping asset and maintenance lists up to date.
  • Proficiency in problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and solving using different tools and techniques.
  • Be familiar with telecoms systems such as VSAT, LOS, and PABX.
  • Ensure compliance with ODE AM permit to work system and risk assessment as required.

Qualifications:

Industrial control systems network design, configuration and maintenance experience in offshore oil & gas assets. CompTIA, Cisco or equivalent network and Cybersecurity certification.
